1. Structure the enquiry
Use one line per part and application. Include the full OE reference when available, a clear installed-part photo and quantity per SKU.
2. Review commercial scope
State trial or repeat demand, destination country or port, preferred Incoterm, packing, buyer label or barcode, and required inspection documents. MOQ, price and lead time remain subject to specification review.
3. Protect shipment-sensitive lines
Heat exchangers need fin and port protection; lamps need foam and bracket clearance; body panels require nesting and CBM planning; electronics need connector and moisture protection.
